MUTEK - AMPLIFY D.A.I.

I’m so excited to be part of Mutek this year, albeit in a slightly altered format. I would have been in Montreal just now, showing 'Nearer Future', if not for the pandemic. However, it’s given me the opportunity to create this new work, recomposed from a 2016 Cryptic commission with music by Michael Begg. It was a video sculpture installation and I’ve redeveloped it specifically for online/screen viewing. Mutek opens today and ‘Breaking Reverie revisited’ will be there! AMPLIFY D.A.I. is an ambitious international initiative connecting an active network of women-identified artists, and practitioners working in the digital arts; electronic music, virtual reality, augmented reality and immersive storytelling sectors in Argentina, Canada, Peru and the UK.
